Arterial GP commissioning group is a group of 13 General Medical Practices covering Billericay and parts of Basildon, and providing health care services for over 60,000 patients. The Group aims to promote and develop the health-care of the local population, and to develop efficient, accessible and high quality services for our patients.

We aim to commission care which is the right care, available in the right place, at the right time. We plan to reduce the health inequalities facing our patients, and to maintain and improve clinical quality and patient experience.

We will look to commission high-quality services which offer the best value-for-money, so ensuring maximum benefit for the largest number of patients.
